Previously in 2005, EliteExchange was registered and operated as a not-for-profit organization with core focus on placing young Chinese students in leading finance corporations in the globe.

However, surging needs for international Internship & Exchange practices far exceeded the supplement that EliteExchange could create, so the then management team began exploring new opportunity.

Innovation

In the summer of 2007, the organization was repositioned and restructured by a team of seasoned veterans from fields of business, technology, and education, including Venture Capitalists, Bankers, Consultants and MBA graduates from Stanford University and MIT, and some very dedicated industry gurus and professionals as independent advisors.

This heterogeneous group of entrepreneures today was united by only one mission: to leverage world-wide resource and revolutionize “Chinese Advantage” in the global arena.

Since inception, EliteExchange and its team of entrepreneures have helped redefine the meaning of global career opportunity. The group has continually broken new ground in placing its students on strategic transactions, in pioneering the global expansion of finance and capital markets, and in providing new opportunities for Chinese-speaking students and even experienced individuals.
