Selection Criteria


Our recruitment process aims at bringing EliteExchange a diverse group with a variety of abilities, experiences and academic backgrounds. Only selected candidates will be interviewed by our committee members and possibly senior members from our partnership companies.

On top of that, our candidates should preferably be:

- On Track for a higher level university degree (applicable for non-refreshment program applicants)
- Quick learner, passionate for investment job
- Analytical and quantitative skills
- Self motivation - the focus and drive to be able to rise to challenges
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Team player, strong interpersonal skills
- No specific degree subject is required
- Diligence - the ability to maintain exceptionally high standards of work at all times
- Your application package should include:
- Completed application form
- Curriculum Vitae
- Academic transcripts
- Reference Letter (academic / work if applicable, but not required)


If you have not achieved these results, but feel that you have compensating strengths in other key areas of interest to EliteExchange, we should nonetheless be interested to receive your application.

Additional language skills are useful. You should also be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Finally, it goes without saying that you are interested in the business of finance - takeovers, mergers, financing, capital flows, factors influencing investment sentiment and economics.
